Out of bounds. Keep out!

Important aesthetic, moral, ethical, social, economic, political, legal, cultural and religious questions, some of them controversial, are sometimes raised as regards several aspects and dimensions of the contents and structure of the Neith Network Library I+N Creativity House on-line. The nurturing and nourishing of authentic personal freedom is Colin James Hamer's principal aim and objective in editing and publishing these and, indeed, all the other pages within this family of websites.

Parents resident within the United Kingdom are urged to familiarise themselves with our Help and FAQ pages, and also with the contents of both the BBCi Chat Guide (2003) and the Home Office Keep Your Child Safe on the Internet (January 2004), even though we offer a link to only one Chat Room; Chat Rooms are not currently a feature of any of NeithNetworkLibrary websites.
